NHS Evidence - genetic conditions is publishing an Annual Evidence Update on Familial Hypercholesterolaemia on 14 December 2009, with the results of a search for new evidence published since NICE clinical guidance 71 Identification and management of familial hypercholesterolaemia was published in August 2008. This update includes a list of relevant guidelines, systematic reviews, meta-analyses and selected randomised controlled trials, along with a commentary written by an expert in the field.
