New Specialist Library

The new Surgery, Theatres & Anaesthesia Specialist Library (www.library.nhs.uk/theatres) is now live and linked from the NLH website.

The library aims to support the information needs of everyone in the theatre team. Its scope includes all resources relating to perioperative management, cutting across the medical specialties and emphasising important topics such as infection control and patient safety.
Content includes guidelines, systematic reviews, practical websites and patient information.

From July to November 2006 the Library will be evaluated and developed further before the official launch on 6th December 2006. Please send any feedback to the team by using the Contact Us form within the library.
