Annual Evidence Update on Prostate Cancer: 9-13 March 2009

An update of the evidence on this topic from the NLH Cancer Specialist Library.

The 2009 Annual Evidence Update on Prostate cancer is the second the Cancer Specialist Library has prepared. The Annual Evidence Update consists of all relevant systematic reviews and national guidelines that have emerged in the twelve months since the Prostate Cancer Annual Evidence Update in March 2008. These are the topic areas covered this year:

• Causes, risks and prevention
• Screening
• Assessment and diagnosis
• Treatment and disease management
• Service delivery and standards

This year's Annual Evidence Update goes live on Monday 9th March and will coincide with Prostate Cancer Awareness Month (PDF file).
