User needs study

Pilot interviews with Healthcare Assistants, Managers and Junior Doctors have been held in Birmingham and the Black Country; North Central London; and County Durham and Tees Valley. Several more are scheduled for February and early March. This work will inform the final survey to NHS staff. A briefing summarising interim top level findings will be prepared and circulated during March.
